Nikulas Hannigan affirmed to poloff April 24 that Iceland
will support Guatemala over Venezuela for the Group of Latin
American Countries' seat in the UN Security Council for
2007-2008. Hannigan noted that Reykjavik is not announcing
its choice publicly.
